BMK.TV created for Mobilcom Debitel GmbH 2014 a fully animated video tutorial explaining items on the customers´ invoice of Mobilcom Debitel. The nearly four-minute long video explains in a simple and understandable way how is formed the mobile phone bill, the accounting periods and possible inclusive services. The video is done completely in the style of the corporate identity of Mobilcom Debitel and is used for needs of the customer service and on the YouTube channel of Mobilcom Debitel.
According to the requirements specified by the client, BMK.TV created the storyboard and the texts. The entire production and animation of video tutorial was being done in Adobe After Effects for a period of about two weeks.
